About Us

TULPAR is a non-profit educational organization based in Konya, specialising in digital youth work, digital education,ICT innovation, STEAM, inclusive learning and teacher capacity-building and teacher training.  It has extensive experience in managing Erasmus+ projects, community engagement and developing digital educational materials for diverse learners.

The organisation works with disadvantaged learners, including refugees, rural youth, and students with learning difficulties. It has a strong record of implementing and coordinating both national and Erasmus+ projects focused on digital tools, AI literacy, STEM, and school innovation.

TULPAR’s staff includes experienced project managers, ICT trainers, software designers, inclusive education specialists, and youth workers. Key personnel include experts in AI in education, digital well-being, coding, Web 2.0 tools, STEAM pedagogy, and the ethical use of technology, all of which directly contribute to the project’s goals.

As an active partner in Erasmus+ (including the KA220-SCH project “STAIRS” and “RESPONSIBLE” + KA220ADU project "EMPOWER" and KA210SCH project "EQUAL"), TULPAR brings strong experience in evaluation, digital resource development, community engagement, and dissemination. Its long-standing collaborations with local authorities, universities, and schools strengthen the project’s links to real community needs. TULPAR leads community dissemination activities and contributes to co-design, piloting and toolkit development.
